CHRISTIAN MIX-LINZER has started his first record label at the age of 16 and has worked in the entertainment industry ever since. Today he is the CEO and founder of Tracks & Fields, a music licensing and supervision company that finds and licenses campaign music for brands such as Ebay, Rewe, Efes, Porsche or Mc Donalds. He holds an MBA from IE Business School aswell as a BA in media studies.
PHILIP DOBROUNIG started out administering Red Bull’s first self-established production music library, the Red Bull Audiofiles in 2005, before joining Red Bull Media House in 2009. Since then he has been working on streamlining the production music supply for the Red Bull network, culminating in the recent setup of ‘Red Bull Content Pool Audio Library’ to provide all global partners close to 500.000 tracks in a hassle free environment to find the right music for all individual production needs. Additionally Philip also serves as a music consultant on numerous Red Bull productions.
MILENA FESSMANN owns and runs Cinesong, one of the top music supervising companies for the movie business in Germany, she also has a weekly radioshow at radio eins and teaches at different filmschools such as DFFB and HFF in Berlin/Potsdam.
MELISSA PERALES hears a soundtrack in everything. She is a mother, a booker and promoter, a cultural manager, a filmmaker, afestival director, a curator, a music supervisor and consultant, a talent scout, a freelance journalist, a photo-taker, a very good bar DJ, a great cook and a hobby hostess: if such a thing exists. Together with ANDREA, MELISSA takes care of the curation and the organization of the a2n workshops.
GUENTHER PRIMIG, born in Austria, immigrated to the US where he studied Media Communications at Santa Clara University, CA. After several years at Buena Vista Home Entertainment division of the Walt Disney Studios, he moved to Berlin in 2004 to start up Extreme Music’s Germany office. He’s enjoying both the city and the office immensely, thank you.
Coming from a family of musicians, FLORIAN RICHTER was seriously engaged, at an early age, in the composition and production of music. Florian has written numerous hits, supervised complex productions and successfully established many of his artists and projects in a highly competitive market. As an expert for Audio Strategie Consulting and cross-media music co-operations, Florian provided creative support and solutions for brands such Coca-Cola, Vodafone, Asus, Wella, Persil, Mars, LBS, Nivea, Bayer, Daimler AG…
